The deposit and definitive payment
At round booking to reserve for you a place, it is necessary to bring the deposit at a rate of the $100, not subject to return in default from a trip. Refusal of participation

For 15-1 days of 35 % of cost
Less than 1 day of 100 % of cost
In case the tourist has demanded change of date and start time, depending on time remaining to a start, the airline which is carrying out flight, can impose additional penalties. In case of cancellation of the planned round by the operator after registration of air tickets, the refund for a trip is made after returning of air tickets to the round-operator.

Payment for reservation change
In each case of change of conditions of booking on request of the tourist the single operational payment at a rate of $20 is raised. Changes of date and time less, than 45 days prior to a start, are considered as refusal of participation in round with the subsequent product of the new order. The penalties specified above are thus applied.
(As very few people reserves the round more, than for 45 days, in practice seldom it is necessary to deal with the deposit. As a rule, tourists reserve a trip for 1-3 weeks, bringing thus full cost at once. The given condition is put forward by the round-operator as "insurance" in case the client who has reserved round too beforehand, will refuse subsequently a trip - the Composer.)
Sending of additional groups
Sometimes, in case of presence of a significant amount wishing to take part in this or that round, additional buses for a trip can be reserved. To avoid overlays with placing and overflow of hotels, the operator reserves the right to itself in this case to change a sequence of additional groups to return to volume that is specified in the brochure (i.e. to begin a route "with the end").
Participation in round
With a view of observance of interests of all participants of a trip round-operator reserves the right to itself not to admit to a trip or to exclude from structure of group in the course of a trip of persons, whose behaviour is incompatible with interests of other participants of group.
Round-operator should be in advance warned about participation in a trip of the tourists-invalids demanding special additional services. Round-operator will try to do the utmost for maintenance of participation of such tourists on a trip, however does not bear responsibility for possible refusal in service of invalids from the bus companies, hotels, restaurants, etc. Drivers of buses and other employees of the transport companies are not obliged to lift passengers or to render the physical help in planting in the bus or movement. If the passenger requires in similar sorts services, the partner, capable to render the corresponding help should accompany it.
Participation in round of minors
The participants of the round who has not reached 18 years at date of a start, are supposed to participation in a trip only accompanied by the adult. The minor gives the discount at a rate of 10 % from service cost on the earth or 5 % from cost of the round which is switching on avia flight, tickets on which also are issued by the round-operator. Children are more younger 8 years are not supposed to participation in round.
Smoking
To smoke in buses on a route course it is not authorised.
Round cost
All prices are specified taking into account exchange rates,
Existing at the moment of the brochure publication. In case of change of courses at the moment of price departure can change without the prevention.
Passports
All participants of a trip should have the valid passports.
Visas
At the moment of the publication of the brochure for visiting of the majority of countries of Eastern Europe all participants of round should have corresponding entry visas. Visas to entrance to other countries of Europe are not necessary to citizens of the USA. Citizens of other countries should consult concerning necessity of visas for corresponding consular establishments.

Foreign currency
